Carnival costumes are custom-made items. As such, all payments made (including deposits and any installments) are non-refundable.

All information provided by you, the customer, will be considered final and, as such, there will be:

• NO exchange or switching of sections.

• NO changing of measurements or sizes.

• NO costume transfers.

• NO returns accepted.

Costumes can only be returned if there are manufacturer defects.

To successfully register and secure a costume booking, customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total costume price by January 17th, 2026.

Your registration will only be completed and valid when the full 50% deposit is paid by the due date.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before collection, either:

• On or before the advertised date for costume collection, or

• At the collection location immediately before collecting the costume.

• Cash in TTD and USD

• LINX

• Direct online bank transfer from the same bank

Not accepted:

• Cheques

Costumes will not be released unless full payment has been received and confirmed.

1. Masqueraders who fail to pay the full balance by the due date will forfeit all monies paid, including the deposit and any installments. No exceptions.

2. Costumes remain the property of La Ettienne Designs until paid in FULL and collected.

All costumes must be collected at the designated distribution venue. The person collecting (whether you or an authorized representative) must present a valid form of identification at the time of collection.

The distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted on the website, and/or advertised on the La Ettienne Designs social media platforms.
